health visitor

hi everyone i have a recall review tomorrow with the health visitor at my house. I have no idea what this is and am a bit worried. With my first baby I didn't have this..I was at a different gps practice too. My little girl is 7 months old. Any info would be much appreciated Cheers, Katy :D
