I used to live around there and would suggest the following (check they still run first!):-
Baby swimming at the pool.
Mums and Tots at the Regent House centre on Friday am, at St Wilfreds' in Horley Row and Baptist Church on A23.
Musictots (Reigate) and Jo Jingles and Tumbletots (Redhill)- you may need to register for a few months ahead for these.
There is also a Children's Centre attached to Meath Green Infant school which I'm sure has social groups.

Childrens centre is great - google it for more info - there are loads of great groups attached to it - baby cafe and stay and play would be good at the moment for you... also good baby movement class
Toddler groups as mentioned - also St barts church (the big old one) have a toddler group on Tuesday mornings - very friendly and free.
Library does a rhymetime on thursday mornings (free)
Adult/baby swimming classes v. good at horley anderson.
