I currently have my 11 month old son at a lovely childminder's but am looking into trying to cut down the number of hours he does there (currently 3 full days per week) by having a nanny share for 1 or two days each week. I envisage this would be a split week ie each family gets the nanny exclusively for the days agreed on. I live in West Greenwich. Anyone interested? Maybe suit someone who has a nanny 'spare' for a day or so a week?
