antenatal exercise classes

Hi I have just found out that I am expecting No 2 and would really like to join a couple of antenatal exercise classes. Just wondered if anyone had any recomendations?

nice acquanatal class at Aireboro LC in Guiseley 11.30 - 12 on Mondays - no good if you work tho!
