please help cant get into a routine

can someone share tips for good routine establishment.

How old is dc?

one is 2yrs and the other one is 3mnths old

what sort of routine are you looking for? bedtime we've always done quiet time, bath, story milk and then sleep even when ds was really little. daytime i don't really have a routine as i don't want to be tied to the house for sleeps etc.

Not sure I can help with the 2 year old as not got that far yet (fgrin) DD is 9mths.

With my DD I started by writing down what was going on as I was breast feeding on demand. It helped to me to natural patterns that emerged. The only routine that I introduced was cluster feeding and a bedtime routine. Would feed her at 5/5:30 and 7/7:30 (before bed) every night no matter what else had happened, even if she'd feed at 4pm! She got to know this very quickly and would ask for it if she didn;t get it quick enough.

Set a bedtime routine of bath, massage and feed before bed.
