My smeg oven which has been sort of falling to bits has finally collapsed. The shelving device has collapsed so you can only lie something on the bottom of the oven as the shelf won't stay up and the oven bit doesn't work (though the grill does)...
don't really want to call smeg out and wondered if someone knew of a local company who could help?
