This may be a bit of a long shot but it's worth while giving it a go!...I've got a lot of my previous jobs from online websites.
I'm a 21 year old female looking for a nanny job based in or around St. Albans. I've just spent the last 6 months as a live in nanny for a lovely family in central London. However I've recently decided the time had come to move back into my family home in order to save up (and then move out again!)
I'm well eduacated and hold a degree in English Literature. My aim is to become a primary school teacher and a school is really keen to have me for the GTP (graduate training scheme) where I will train as a teacher on the job. This post doesn't start until a new academic year - Septeber 2009, therefore I am looking for a nanny post ASAP until September. However I would consider a temporary post/adhoc days.
I have plenty of experience working with children including many different settings; live in nanny, live out daily nanny, working in a nursey and working in a school. I've worked with all ages of children from 3 months - 16 years, and feel confident caring for a number of children at a time.
I currently have an enhanced CRB check, and my own reliable car (with a full and clean licence). Many of my past jobs have included driving children around central London to various clubs anad activities so I'm happy to have children in my car as part of the job.
I can offer impeccable references and remain great friends with all the previous families that I have worked for. I'm fun, caring, competent and committed to the happiness and well-being of the child/children at all times.
