I'm looking for mums to chat with or meet up.

Hope to speak to you soon x

Hello! I live over in Viewforth, so a wee bit of a trek from you. There's a Christmas meet-up soon, to which you'd be most welcome.

Here's the thread

I have no idea where you live!

I've been living in Edinburgh for 7 years but I'm from from Newcastle.

Is the meet child free?

Ok, sorry, I didn't see the link. I'm having one of those tired and dim mornings.

Sorry!

I'm off to Newcastle on the 20th
so I won't be able to make it

I'm on the South side weebob. Somewhere between Tollcross, Bruntsfield and Polwarth. I'd never heard of the area either til about a month ago We moved from Stockbridge 2 weeks ago.

I'm not able to make the meet-up either, but they seem to happen every few months or so.

MadamAnt, I'm in Viewforth too - we are probably around the corner from each other. I've been here for three years. Are you anywhere near Viewforth Square?

MadamAnt · 26/11/2008 20:04

Hello baltimore - yes I'm literally just round the corner from you. I'm on Gilmore Place

baltimore97 · 26/11/2008 20:06

spooky! If I see an ant on Gilmore Place, I'll wave!

MadamAnt · 26/11/2008 20:14

Haha! I can usually be seen walking v quickly with DS in a buggy and DD riding precariously on the back. Feel free to accost me any time

Are your DCs of nursery age yet?

baltimore97 · 28/11/2008 13:40

My two DDs are 2.5yrs and 7mths. DD1 will start at Morningside Montessori at the end of February. I can usually be seen walking rather slowly with a bright green Phil @ Teds - the one bought to replace the stolen one!

How old are yours?

MadamAnt · 28/11/2008 21:56

DD is 3.9 and DS is 2.3

Ah yes, I remember your Phil and Ted's disaster! I hope you managed to get some insurance money for it in the end.

I will from now on wave wildly at any one with appropriately aged DDs in a green P&T
