Does anyone know of a specific pregnancy pilates or yoga classes in Kingston or Richmond.
I have been doing pilates for years and they do great classes at the hawker centre but as I am now nearly 4 months pregnant alot of the moves will need to be adapted to suit me whilst others carry on with instructions of tutor. I would like to continue these classes but would like a class where I don't have to keep finding alternative positions to those being done but rest of the class so that i get a full session focusing on needs of a pregnant women.
I have just qualified as a personal trainer, regularly run and do weight training so don't mind doing advanced session - although do feel quite achey and stiff at the moment as I have been trying to get used to sleep on one side throughout the night. Desperately feel the urge to lie on my back!
