Hi Mums I'm starting a mum & baby exercise class for mums who have had their post natal check up, at the Nottingham Tennis Centre University Boulevard On Tuesdays at 10.45 (starts 25 November). This is a pay as you attend class with various discounts if you have a city card or if you are a member of Nottingham city councils gyms this is free!
It's a great way to get back in to shape and as you bring your baby with you there's no worries about child care. It would great to see some of you there please post any question Val
