Is puss back in bristol yet? Anyone know how she is?

lol well in that case anyone want a 16 month old? He likes to bite really bloody hard, hide your car keys and play with electrical equiptment. He switches the TV off in the middle of the news, doesnt listen to the word no even though he is perfectly aware of its meaning and enjoys nothing more than to get nakid when my back is turned, play with his willy and pee everywhere! lovely!!! You know you want him!!! He is actually adorable, just a bit of a handfull at times. Although he is going to be a ladies man you can tell. So long as he doesnt turn out like his father he'll be fine. Otherwise Im gonna need some backup to whoop his ass!!!

TheArmadillo · 03/11/2008 13:41

how about we all do swopsies at a meetup

OP posts:
TheArmadillo · 03/11/2008 14:03

well the family row seems to be over

that was quick repressing, even for them.

non-mobile? You'd have dd then I'll pack her stuff....
She doesn't hide keys though. She's a good girl
So whn we doing this? Are we going to the Indian thali place? I'm hunfry NOW

needmorecoffee · 03/11/2008 16:25

and it has to be before 24th cos I'm having a scary op.

TheArmadillo · 03/11/2008 16:30

I'll have your dd - but you have to have my ds in return.

I suggest a friday - either the 7th, 14th or 21st of November as I have them off work.

What's the scary op?

OP posts:
needmorecoffee · 03/11/2008 16:39

I can do 21st only if its a friday. 7th is ketogenic diet woman for dd, 14th is me seeing surgeon before my op. 21st I'll need my mind taking off scary op!

TheArmadillo · 03/11/2008 16:41

21st is a friday.

I will have ds with me though, unless you want to do early evening.

OP posts:
needmorecoffee · 03/11/2008 17:00

either. Don't mind. What works for others? I wouldn't bring dd either way due to sleeping issues plus hideous access issues.

TheArmadillo · 03/11/2008 19:28

well that's me and nmc so far.

who else?

If we go to the thali place then I can do any time from 6pm as it would not be a good idea to bring ds, so I'd have to wait for dp to come home.

Am easy either way....the 21st is a week before my b'day so rather nice for me to actually get out then! Assuming DH not on any shifts

needmorecoffee · 03/11/2008 19:30

bring ds Puss.

PussinJimmyWhoooos · 03/11/2008 19:32

After 6pm and we are talking melt down central, if lunch time, then it will be ok - assuming they have high chairs to penhim in for him to sit in

needmorecoffee · 03/11/2008 19:33

I don't know what we've decided about time. I'm ok with lunctime or very early evening

PussinJimmyWhoooos · 03/11/2008 19:46

I'll wait and see what time comes out of it..I'd prefer a later eve meet up so DH can take DS but obv the majority vote and all that

needmorecoffee · 03/11/2008 19:49

I hafta leave anywhere by 8.30 which is a problem, cos of dd. its why I didn't come to the last meal. Felt very jealous.
Can you persuade dh to come home early that day? Offer him naughty favours

PussinJimmyWhoooos · 03/11/2008 19:51

I'll see what the final time is and then take it from there..DH's work is manic lately and I'm not impressed with them at all...he came back from a month nursing his mum and they had had the Xmas shift meeting in his absence and given him the day after boxing day! Not that we celebrate but do want to go down to Plymouth and have a few days break!

needmorecoffee · 03/11/2008 19:55

k. But we can always do a lunch time. I wont bring dd but no probs bringing kids. Long as I can get my wheelchair into the venue.

TheArmadillo · 03/11/2008 20:01

well the other thing we could do if it needs to be lunchtime is to come to my house and get takeaway from the one down the road from me.

But my house is messy and half decorated, so you'd have to ignore that.

OP posts:
needmorecoffee · 03/11/2008 20:04

ignore it? Not come and judge and post on mumsnet...?
That armadillow...

PussinJimmyWhoooos · 03/11/2008 20:08

Do you have tupperware????

TheArmadillo · 03/11/2008 20:08

I don't have people round my house as a rule.

The one time I gave in and did it, after spending a week scrubbing and tidying, the woman made comments along the lines of 'well I like things tidy' etc.

That was about18 months ago and apart from dps parents and 2 longstanding close friends, no one else has been allowed to visit.

I get really really funny about it.

My family have made comment for years, and unfortunately they have stuck.

OP posts:
needmorecoffee · 03/11/2008 20:10

you tupperware tea-leaf you
You've seen my house Armadillo. Cluttered mess. Don't fert about it.

TheArmadillo · 03/11/2008 20:18

Thanks NMC

I have tupperware - well I have the bottoms, and some lids but none of them match.

I will practically be encouraging you to take it puss
