Hi, I'm due Apr 09, currently living in Sydney but returning home in Dec. Will be new to Chistlehurst so any local advise would be great. Antenatal classes? How to manage constant sickness even at 20 weeks?

Hello - very new to mumsnet today - I'm due at end of May 09 and live in Crystal Palace too, mrsmainy, but also v close to Penge, Oby! Re: swimming, I think doing it anytime is great - am thinking of having a look at the sports centre in Crystal Palace Park a bit later, so will let you know. Have also signed up for pregancy yoga classes - anyone got any thoughts about that? Oby - am also suffering with zillion trips to the loo at night - apparently its 'good preparation' for when the baby comes along, ie, the sleepless nights! Gggrrr!
