have to go back to work, but don't have the childcare, any ideas

Well my time is up it seems, i have to go back to work. But finding something that fits in with my child is so hard.

Any idea's would be welcomed. I feel like i am letting my daughter down by having to go back to work.
i'm an ex-nanny and housekeeper if any one is interested locally let me know.

anyone know anyone who might know some one who wants some help in the home? babysitting ? cleaning top to toe. £30 a house. fantastic ref's , same family for 9 yrs now.
