Anyone know of a firework display in Brighton on Sat November 1?

The one we usually go to is on November 8th and we can't make it - anyone know of any happening the week before?

Nope - sorry! The only one I know of is Lewes. Maybe you could try the local prep schools and golf clubs - I know it's a bit swanky, but they usually do their own ones. We usually go to the local sports ground ones but we're in crummy eastbourne! hth!

Hove - The Nevill Sports Ground, Nevill Road/Eridge Road (opposite the Greyhound Stadium) : The Family Firework Spectacular, a family-friendly firework display by Brighton Fireworks with refreshments and glow stuff on sale in support of The Argus Appeal. Gates open 5.00pm - Display starts 6.30pm (2007 ticket prices were : £6 for adults, and £4 for children aged 3-15).
