Helping you get the most out of your new role as a parent. Early Days explores a range of approaches to important parenting issues including:

• Settling a crying baby
• Returning to work (or not)
• Changing relationships
• Dealing with advice and information
• Routines

Group leaders know that all babies are all different: they won't give you unnecessary advice, but will have up-to-date information to help YOU decide what is best for you, your baby and your family.

Information leaflets and parenting books are also available to borrow.

New Breastfeeding Support Group open in Skipton.

Children's Centre, Greatwood Community Primary School, Pinhaw Road, Skipton, North Yorkshire, BD23 2SJ

Every 1st & 3rd Wednesday of the month (including school holidays). Drop-in between 1pm - 3pm.
Run by NCT trained Breastfeeding Peer Supporters.

This group is a friendly and informal group open to all regardless of what stage of breastfeeding you may be at, whether pregnant and thinking about the best way to feed your baby, a new mum in her first days or an established breastfeeder.
We also welcome mothers who have had experience of breastfeeding themselves and want to pass on their wisdom!

We can give you support and information so you can continue to feed your baby as long as you wish. We can offer you support and encouragement, and hopefully help build your confidence.
We offer a friendly ear, a cup of tea and a much needed biscuit. It is a place to make friends and share experiences in a welcoming and relaxed environment.
