try Mulberry House - they do lots of things like that?

Bea Alexander. I went to her and she is fab. Small classes - 3 or 4. Very friendly and so great for those aching hips and backs. Here's a link to her site.

my friend did these last year, i will try and find out where she went. she's going back any day as is pg again (brave...!)

Bea Alexander charges £19 per class! That is, unfortunately outside of my price range. I really don't want to pay more than £12.

Mulberry house don't seem to offer pilates...
