Nanny share

I'm looking for a nanny share (and nanny!) from Dec 08. My baby will be 11 months by then. Does anyone know the best way of going about this? Good places to advertise for a share locally and also good agencies or other ways to recruit a nanny? Thanks.

I'm going back to work in Dec also, my DS will be just over 7 months and have struggled to find full time care so far. I live in Crouch End area - wuoudl be happy to have chat to see if a nanny share would be feasiable for us both?
