Aah, but therein lies the problem...

Don't think I have anything sparkly (probably shouldn't admit that, should I? I'm going to ruin my sparkly reputation!) and I don't think I can walk in heels, never mind dance.

Guessing its not a jeans 'n' trainers sort of thing?

Also, I've buggered up my knee and I'm still waiting for it to get better...

Go on SP...you'll love it. You can just do a lesson and then watch and laugh...
