what a weekend. now i need a plumber - will probably end up going for an emergency 24 hour call out person as it is sunday morning and water is dripping from ceiling. but on the off chance anyone is online this morning in richmond area - anyone have someone they can recommend??
oh, of course it's bank holiday too... prolific swearing...

I have a good plumber who I came to via my CM's husband who is a builder.

Not sure if he works weekends or does call outs tho.

Do you have CAT? Mine's expired so I can't CAT you but you could CAT me and I will send you the details.

i can cat but i think it takes 24 hours or so to clear and i am in a bit of hurry - however will cat anyway and see how quick it gets through. thanks for getting back to my post so quickly...
