Sevenoaks - new mum

Hi

I am a new mum..baby only 7 weeks old and would love to meet up with other mums. I'm South African and all our family still lives there, so all alone with my dd.

Would be great to meet for coffee/tea/wine...

Moved to Sevenoaks 2 years ago but never managed to make much friends locally as I worked in the city.

Am still busy getting driving license as well so am pretty restricted as to where I can go...hehe. I should really start to brave it on the train!

oh yes you should, i've always used public transport and still do with my three boys in tow! I don't drive either. I also used to commute but luckily gave it up when my oldes started school now just work pt. Did you have ante natal classes or meet anyone that way?

I'm in Tonbridge too, I lived in Sevenoaks for 20 years and still have family there. I drive and have a 7 seater if this helps.

I'm in 7oaks and expecting baby no 2 in a few weeks - would be happy to meet up in one of our very lovely coffee shops sometime.

I can also recommend the St Nicholas Baby Club (Thursday mornings 10-11.30 in the church undercroft) for meeting other mums (is just for under one's so no boistrous toddlers running around )
