Anyone fancy coffee this Thursday around 10ish? It would have to be at my house as I am waiting for a delivery, but I cannot promise cake or biscuits.

Sorry - I'm busy - would have loved to have come over and celebrate your successes at the race for life!

SparklyPrincess · 28/07/2008 15:31

We're off up to Norfolk - hopefully see you next week, though...

purpleflower · 28/07/2008 15:38

Sorry I have a midwife appointment at 10am.

Twinkie1 · 28/07/2008 15:40

I can come although will be on my own as it is Ds's last day at school - did you manage to sort the TV out?

lucyfer2000 · 28/07/2008 19:52

Hi Mung,

I have an appointment at Colchester hospital at 9:00. I don't know how punctual they are, but maybe we could pop round for a little bit when i am done (assuming it is not too late) - perhaps 10 - 10.30'sh??
xx

JentlyDoesIt · 28/07/2008 20:28

I can come, will be just me and DD as DS has nursery - where abouts are you?

Mung · 28/07/2008 20:44

Come along whenever lucyfer...its fine.

Twinkie...TV sat in boot until Sunday and is now just inside the front door on the floor...we'll get it to the kitchen in a week or so and then to the garage a few weeks later to take a look at it.

Jentlydoesit...I am in Copford. Email me on hjscho at hotmail dot com and I'll give you directions.

We would love to come, I will bring some M&S mini jam tarts yum yum. We had some at our picnic on Sunday and I want an excuse to buy some more! I am supposed to be cleaning before DH's friends arrive on Friday so unless I have last minute panic about the state of the place then we should be there just before 10.30am.

Mung · 28/07/2008 21:33

Great. See you then Saz.

Cheeky question again pooter but would you mind giving me and DD a lift? Copford is a nightmare to get to on the bus

This time I have checked the diary and can definitely make it so I will definitely make biscuits!

pooter · 29/07/2008 18:08

No - i want you to squeeze every individual leaf!!

No probs Jently - ive got your address somewhere in my emails. Will pick you and DD up at 9.45 is that ok? After your beautiful fairy cakes i am definitely looking forward to sampling your biscuits!

lucyfer2000 · 29/07/2008 19:58

What are your cankles mrsmagoo??? Really hope everything goes well for in the next week - looking forward to meeting your little man

JentlyDoesIt · 29/07/2008 21:22

I believe cankles are a cross between ankles and calves - poor Mrs Magoo must have swelled a little in the heat

Lots of labour vibes Mrs M...

Thank you Pooter, you are very kind, both for the lift and about my cakes!

Saz126 · 30/07/2008 13:53

Mung, unfortunately not going to be able to make tomorrow as have too much to do at home still and having shopping delivery - the only slot I could fit in. (Ocado Twinkie! Yippee!)

Hope to catch up with you all next week x

Mung · 30/07/2008 15:06

Thats fine Saz, although I will miss the mini jam tarts.

Happy cleaning!

pooter what was the name of that farm you were talking about on Thursday?

OP posts:
pooter · 01/08/2008 12:01

It was Baylham House and it is lovely! They do nice homemade soup and rolls too. They used to have alpacas, but they were on loan and have gone home - it was like stroking a cloud - they have that much fur the actual alpaca must be TINY!

And thanks for hosting again mung - now the builders have gone from my house im up for hosting one soon.
