Nappy Laundry in Richmond

Does anyone know if there is a nappy laundry service operating in the Richmond area? We live in a flat and have no outside space for drying, and at the moment, no tumble dryer either. Trying to work out which would be cheaper in the long run.

I remember going through the council to get information on real nappies. They had some sort of campaign for real nappies.
