How can I fix Tyres on Bugaboo? Please help?

I bought a bugaboo frog on e-bay after carefully researching and received an like new one with flat tyres. Person I bought it from is away on holiday. I have the manual which says nothing about tyres! I have tried air at petrol station, no go. I want to know if I can use a bicycle pump before buying this time or what to do? Tyres look very new. I hope I can fix on cheap as paid plenty for pushchair. Thanks for any advice.

Should be able to inflate them using a regular bike pump - unless they are punctured, in which case you need to take it to a bike shop and they'll sort you out. The bike shop on Stoke Newington High Street is very experienced at fixing Bugaboo and Phil&Ted tyres.
