Does anyone know of any local pregnancy yoga classes? I'm in Hither Green.

Not exactly Hither Green but if you can get to Honor Oak Park there is a great pregnancy yoga class - I have used her throughout my pregnancy and am still going (1 week to go for me!) - she teaches great breathing/visualisation techniques too.
