House move to Nantwich or Whitchurch

I'm thinking of moving to either Nantwich or Whitchurch. I'm concerned about flooding in Nantwich and was wondering the best roads to look at and where to avoid. Out of Nantwich and Whitchurch l think Nantwich is my favourite area but would like some feedback for Whitchurch as well with regards to the best part to live. I'm looking to move in the next few months so hoping to find somewhere in either of these places pretty quickly.

Nantwich is really lovely, I am from a nearby village. Whitchurch has improved recently I think, but what sort of thing are you after? There are some lovely villages in between such as Combermere, Wrenbury, Audlem

I'm looking for somewhere with a good train or bus service and shops. I really liked Audlem but l believe the bus service is every 2 hours so wouldn't really suit me.

Trains and buses from and to whichurch are frequent and reliable. You can get into Chester and Shrewsbury with no problem
but Whitchurch has a lot to offer itself too.

Nantwich is much nicer, Whitchurch cheaper. Check out schools if relevant - Whitchurch didn’t used to be good. Malpas is lovely too a little Down the road.
