wanting a nanny/childminder

I have two children of 9 (boy) and girl (12) and am looking for a nanny/carer from 2.45 ish to 6.30 Mon - Thurs + holidays. Anyone know of anyone looking? Need to drive.

Using an agency is often a good way because you know the nanny has police checks, reference checked, lots of childcare experience and if you are using the nanny to go to work - you can get up to 80% of the cost of childcare back from the government.
