What is Leighton Buzzard like to live?

We are currently living in Wixams and find it awful so looking to move to LB. However with the Universal studios around the corner we are wondering if we may be making the wrong decision if we move!
We are looking at a newbuild in LB but struggling to find any opinions as to whether it’s nice or not.
Do you live in LB? How is it?

I love it. Been here three years. Not in a new build though. It’s got great transport links - easy to get to London (30 mins direct train), Milton Keynes, Birmingham. Lots of nice countryside around for walking. Still got independent shops and cafes, and some interesting small music venues. Traffic across town is bad at school drop off and pick up times, and the schools themselves are still three-tier, which some people love, others dislike, but overall it’s fab, with lower house prices than many towns so close to London.
