Langley girls or Hayes recent feedback?

Looking for any recent feedback on either school…. We’re in the Langley girls catchment currently but considering moving to Hayes.

I’ve heard that there’s so much bitchiness at Langley, from several people and lots of mixed reviews on teaching. Our daughter has adhd with ASD (mild) and is very sensitive. She does like hanging round with boys too.

she is very sporty - I believe both are good schools are good for sports?

when we went to the Langley open evening we were not very impressed with the staff to be honest, but it’s so popular and gets good results so must be doing something right

we were very impressed with Hayes staff on open day, but it’s less popular than Langley. We are so confused!!!!

any help would be appreciated

Have you had any more thoughts OP?
I have DC at Hayes and I have been very pleased with the school, the extra curricular activities are excellent.
I have family at Langley and the girls have struggled, especially the ones who have additional needs, however I also have a friend with a DD who has additional needs and she has found the school extremely supportive.
Both schools are very good schools and I think it may come down to which environment would suit your DD best - for me it was more important that my DC attend a mixed school.

Thank you so much for getting back to me. I’m still very much stuck but am leaning towards Hayes, because of all of the issues I’ve heard about with mean behaviour at Langley.

just hoping the boys don’t overshadow the girls there, my little one is very quiet.

now to find a house! Which is a shame as we love Beckenham and don’t know anything about Hayes!

We are keeping our eye on both schools for our DC, as they are still young. The old head of Hayes is now at Langley Girls so hopefully, they will sort those issues out. I heard that SEN support is better at Langley than at Hayes but it might be better to talk to parents from both schools to get their thoughts on it.
