Hi, Just to let you all know that we have some new YogaBugs classes starting next week at St Sidwell's Centre in Exeter on 5th June: 1.30-2.00pm for 2.5 year olds - 3.5 year olds, and 2.15 pm - 2.45 pm for older pre-school children.
YogaBugs are fun, creative classes desgined to stimulate children's powers of imagination, maintain their natural flexibility and teach them to breath correctly. The classes combines exciting adventures with songs, stories and relaxation techniques.
Some of the benefits to the children are improved concentration levels and sleep patterns, greater self esteem and a stronger immune system.
