Is Mungo Park Way a nice place to live

Hi all,

I just wanted to check about the locality and the area around Mungo Park Way BR5 4EF. We are planning to buy a house in this lane and was wondering if anyone can give right suggestion on how this area is to live. I have seen people worring about its closeness to St Mary Cray and the council Housing are also I guess near by. I visited the area once and dint find any problem but dont know how is the area and surrounding is and if we should be worried about its closeness to St Mary Cray high street or Ramsden Estate.

Have got girl who will be going to Newstead wood and older Son who will be travelling to Lewisham for School. Transport facility is from Renton Drive I guess.

I don’t really know the area though I am local, but is it near a station? How will your son get to Lewisham from there?

No, its not near the station. The probable transport options are either car drive or R4 bus from Renton drive or R9/353 bus from Petten Grove. I am more interested to know area as whoever I ask, then just say its near to St Mary Cray high street and dont buy there but what I dont know is how the area is, is that area rough?
