Short term family home required (from early/mid July)

Hi - we're anticipating needing to fill a gap between leaving our current home and being able to get into our new one around July-time. We're a family of 2 adults, 2 kids, so need to rent a place with 3 bedrooms, in the Balham/Clapham/Tooting/Earlsfield/Wimbledon/Streatham area, probably for up to a month. Would be great to hear if anyone has something that could work.

At 5k a month ?! 15k for 3 months is insane

It's the cheapest on airbnb by a square mile 😬 Also unless I've misunderstood the OP it would be for a month rather than 3
