Anyone got any experience of using local Home Instead

Looking to set up some care for my parents and wondered if anyone had any experience of working with this branch of Home Instead in Stroud (it's a franchise). Thanks.

I think Home Instead is unique in that it only provides care for a minimum of one hour. Is that what they've said to you?
