Hello Moms!
my husband and i are planning to have a baby next year (yay!) and are looking at flats in "stourcliffe close" on stourcliffe street in marylebone, this would be an ideal location for my husbands work and my commute also.
We have lived in the area before and lived it, however we dont know this building. we saw some light warning signs (lots of people entering the building looking a bit rough middle of the day and night, people smoking weed outside the building, previously lots of short leases and 8 people living in each flat, laundry hanging in the hallway etc). ( ofc we we walk part people smoking weed all over london and this is not a concern, just the combination of all the above).
We have been told the building is changing for the better e.g. the short-leases are disappearing and they will soon be doing works on the building. Does anyone know the building and if the situation is indeed improving? this would be a big investment for us so we would be keen to do our research ahead of making this huge investment! Please let us know if you have any insight. :)
