I am looking to purchase my first property on Aylesbury Road. I am concerned that the area is High Flood Risk. The searches has come back with High River Flooding and Moderate Groundwater flooding. I am also concerned the property I am buying is for sale as well as well as the property next door. Anyone have any advice or know the area?
