I actually registered on mumsnet in 2005 but failed to get stuck in. Now I've had my second child and I'm hoping to make more of an effort! I moved into this area in December 2006 and have recently qualified as a breastfeeding counsellor (with the ABM) and now that my son is at preschool I am hoping to be able to offer more face-to-face breastfeeding support in the local area. I've been mostly doing the helpline so far - with one home visit when I happened to have a babysitter!
So really just waving and saying hi and hope to see folks around at breastfeeding groups or at the 'smaller baby activities'. And whistle if anyone wants to chat about boobs with someone local (although as another thread mentions Jenny who does breastfeeding support out of Crouch End is great).
