Moving to Marlow / Bucks

Hi everyone!
We're looking to move to Marlow / surrounding areas in Buckinghamshire & would love to get some insight. Are there any streets or areas within Marlow / Bucks that you would recommend living or avoiding.
Our budget is around £700k for a terraced/detached/semi-detached with parking & garden.
We are hoping to be able to commute to London twice a week, so the extra train time to Maidenhead / High Wycombe is fine for us, but we're hoping to be able to get into London from home in about 45-50 mins.
Also open to reccos for different areas within Bucks too, we currently live in Richmond so hoping for a similar vibe.

Hi @tedbon
I know there are quite a few Marlow/Bucks residents on Mumsnet, so mainly bumping this in case they see and can offer better advice.
The least nice area of Marlow is probably the two areas that are adjacent to the A404 bypass (so around Wiltshire Road and Newtown Road), but even then it is more about the housing stock than any actual 'bad' areas. Prices are quite high in general so £700k isn't going to give you much choice.
Marlow and Henley are the natural Richmond-like choices... Princes Risborough is a sweet little market town, though much quieter (and different demographic / less "moneyed") on the Chiltern Line to London/Oxford; Amersham also similar - or maybe Great Missenden or Wendover (all on the other branch of the Chiltern line into London).
There are some lovely villages around High Wycombe (Penn, Tylers Green, Wooburn Green, Downley, Naphill), but HW as a town centre is not everyone's cup of tea.
Do you need to consider schooling at all?

Fast train from High wycombe to Marylebone takes you around 30 minutes and you can get a good house with 700k in High Wycombe (higher for Marlow and longer commute). Have a look into Booker area(HP12) in High wycombe as plenty of woodlands as well as shops and easy reach to Marlow as well. 3 or 4 detached houses with garage and drive way will be between 600k and 800k in Booker.
