Hello,
I am looking at getting a rear extension built 10m wide x 4/5m deep, demolish current garage and rebuild one next to the house as its currently in the garden and a few minor changes inside... could anyone please share costs with me for their recent work if you don't mind?
we are yet to get the keys to the property so I can't get builders in etc to quote.
