Can anyone recommend a good place to go swimming with my 10 week old?

Midleton pool in Newport Pagnell? I suppose it depends where you leave really

Middleton is OK. The one in Stony is grim, but not quite as grim as Dane's Camp in Northampton. Buckingham pool is supposed to be nice.

I like Midd;eton in Newport but if you are form the North of Milton Keynes the Fullers Sure Start puts on a free swim on Monday mornings at the pool in Galley Hill for Mums and baby's. A creche facility is also provided if pre-booked so that you can have a 30 min swim by yourself to do some lengths then pick up the little for a 30 min. Also works well if you are alone with 2 young children (swap them over).

We took DS for his first swim at David Lloyd in Willen at the weekend. We went at lunchtime and the pool was practically empty - only about 4 others in there.

We used to swim (pre-DS) at Middleton quite regulary but we always found the changing rooms to be cold. On the plus side they do have family changing cubicles!
