I'm doing a great baby massage course near Priory Park. The teacher mentioned to me that her next course might not run as not enough people have signed up for it, so I thought I'd post something here. It seems like such a waste, and baby massage really is great fun if you haven't tried it.
It is a five week course held in the cosy environment of the teacher's own home (which my DD loves- lots of light and relaxing jangly music). The classes are small- 6 people and babies. My DD is 18 weeks and it feels to me like she's a good age for it. I think it is probably suitable for babies from about 8 weeks or so (though they might just sleep or nurse through the whole thing, to be honest) up to when they are mobile.
If you are interested CAT me and I can give more details. And just generally, I wanted to plug baby massage- I know there are many different classes to choose from in this part of the world. I swear it has contributed to DD sleeping well, and god knows, I'd pay good money for that!
