Hi all, my son and his gf are looking to buy their first home soon and have been looking in the Warrington area. They have seen a house they like in the Culcheth area which they were going to put an offer in for until they saw a lovely house in Lowton. It is 20k less than the house in Culcheth so we were wondering if this was because the area’s not so nice? Any ideas?
