My husband is a freelance Structural Engineer who has run a part time business Civil and Structural Design Solutions (CSDS) since 2012.
He has always worked full time in Operational and Delivery Roles within the Underground and he is now looking to go full time as a freelance structural engineer.
He currently does structural designs for domestic properties - Loft Conversions, Extensions, Internal Alterations and Wall Removals, Foundation Design and Chimney Stack Removals etc.
He works remotely so if you are able to provide architectural plans, photos, sketches of what you are looking to achieve he can 90% do the work without undertaking a site visit which keeps costs down for Clients and also improves the speed of the design turnaround.
