Hi, we live in maidenhead and looking to move to High Wycombe or surrounding villages as my son is in one of the grammar schools now. Is Hughenden valley a good place to live? We have seen a lovely 4 bed house there which seems to be overpriced at 1.2mn, anyone know what the prices are like in the valley for a 4 bed, high spec detached house?
