We are looking to buy in Guildford and thinking of boxgrove/burpham area for GA school. We have a 1 and 3 year old so it’s a few years away yet but trying to future proof.
budget is c£750k and we’d really like a 4bed detached or 3bed + study. Is this realistic? There doesn’t seem a huge amount coming on the market. Our concern is the road noise and pollution from the A3 in burpham - is it something you get used to?
