Hi thinking of relocating to Broughty Ferry and looking at Balgillo Heights- anyone have any thoughts/feedback on this development. Have two teenagers 13 and 15, and worried they will get a place in Grove Academy, have read it’s oversubscribed. Not a lot of property coming up in the area and a new build seems ideal but worried it is a bit too far out, would appreciate any advice/views. Thanks
