I’d love to hear from anyone living in or around Chester, Manchester & Liverpool on restaurants & bars in the North West please?
I’ve recently relocated to Chester from Istanbul with my husband and young daughter. It’s our dream to open up a restaurant but there are already so many options, we don’t want to just add to the list.
We’re thinking there’s a gap in the market for cooler venues to eat at. I feel like a dick typing that, but hopefully you know what I mean!
We want to focus on good quality, affordable fast food (eg burgers but with quality ingredients) that has an inviting atmosphere, attentive, hospitable staff & of course great food.
We’d like to serve drinks too, so we have a social/hangout environment. Do you think that’s something that people would be interested in here in Chester? Or are we barking up the wrong tree?
