Does anyone know where I may find league tables for state secondary schools in the South West London/ Surrey areas?

But league tables aren't a good way to compare schools. The government discourages them these days (post covid), so any that are published tend to be from commercial websites or newspapers, used as clickbait.

That said, you can always get the most up to date stats on schools from the government website: https://www.gov.uk/school-performance-tables. And if you're good with Excel you can download the underlying data to make your own league table based on factors that are important to you. For some people its progress measures, for others its attainment measures, for others its something else.

This website has the top 500 in the UK for both state and independent. It's the most conclusive table I have found that includes both state and independent in the same data:
