Hi in a 65 year old and disabled, to day i was verbally assaulted on a petrol station forecourt by a guy who used faul language calling me a Karen a Fat F**n bitch and lots more, I tried to drive away from him and i had my phone at my ear trying to phone 101
This guy was running next to my car frightened me i thought he was gona get in my car but he was videoing me saying he was going to send the video to police as i was driving using my phone i was still on petrol station forecourt, I got home and reported him, Police said he's reported me for using my phone whilst driving im worried I'll get points and a fine, they won't do anything about how he was behaving to me, Any advice thanks
