Hi I am a first time mum to a almost 9 months old and looking for baby groups as I don't have mum friends and want to make some, I'm from Burnley, I want my little boy to socialise with other babies so he has friends from young that he can grow up with.

Your health visitor should have some info regarding local group. SureStart centres are now called family hubs in my area and they have lots going on. Your local church hall might have some running too

I'd ask health visitor, look on council and nhs websites and on Facebook. There's bound to be some local to you. Family hubs normally do them and often a local hall will host them.

Hi there are a lot of groups in that area!

Have you looked up any? Heartbeeps, sensory classes etc
The reading and rhyme classes are also available at Lancashire Libraries too

I'd look in church halls too. Most churches have notice boards outside. You don't have to be a member of the church to attend!

But also ask on local social media.
