Exercise classes for pregnancy

Hello

Can anyone recommend some good exercise classes you can do when you are pregnant in the SW18 area.

I like the idea of yoga or aquatone or even outdoor exercises if such a thing exists? I don't want to travel too far for it to be honest so within the SW18 area would be .perfect

Anyone any suggestions?

Thanks

check out www.fitforaprincess.co.uk they have outdoor classes on clapham common and wandsworth common - all trainers are pre and postal trained.
The classes are lots of fun!

The Satyananda Yoga Centre in Thurleigh Road does brilliant antenatal classes. Can't recommend highly enough.

Don't know when you're due, but I was pregnant in the summer and when it was warm the class would take place outside in the garden under the trees with all the birds singing. Was lovely.

thanks everyone.

Iorek, i saw the Satyanda place advertised in Natures Way in Balham there and it looks great. I was meant to go tonight but was a bit wrecked. Will definitely go next week now. I like the sound of that being outdoors actually. I might try the fitness for a princess too in Wandsworth common. Looks like a bit of fun too.
