Hi All,
We are currently living in Walsall but need to sell our house and I really don't want to live here any more, the town isn't safe and everything is closed down.
We've considered Tamworth as an option as we've both grown up with family living here and always thought we would move here eventually.
We work from home so commute isn't an issue, but we would like to be close to good transport links and a train station.
We know the area fairly well in terms of the town etc but not what specific estates are like so wanted some feedback on what good/not so good area's are to live in.
We've seen a house we like in Lakeside and we've also seen some nice places in Ammington although it's a little further from the train station than we'd like.
We don't know either of those well enough to make a firm decision and I don't want to make a mistake.
